Our HP Service Center in Mannady covers that area. That area has a lot of wholesale trade business going on. It is a major wholesale business hub and there are large number of offices, companies and shops there. So there is definitely a lot of printers in that place and it is our work to clear the printer problems if the customers require it. We have round the clock service with a large number of man power and it has helped us tremendously to provide service in a better way. Man power, round the clock service, ready spares and hard work is required to achieve this goal and we have been consistently maintaining this part. Printer problems has to be cleared as soon as possible because it can create a lot of problems.
